Fruit Salad, Delightful

Serves 4-6

 

Delightful Fruit Salad

 

3 chopped apples (with peel)
1 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup unsweetened dried coconut

1 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup dates

2 cups Plain or Soy or Golden Yogurt (optional)

Honey to taste
Salt, to taste

 

Mix first six ingredients together. Stir in Yogurt. Add honey and salt. Refrigerate.
