Broiled Bananas

Broiled Bananas
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.

 

* 4 bananas, cut in half lengthwise
* 1/4 cup Maple Sryup, Honey or Agave Nectar

* 1 Tablespoon Ghee or Earth Balance Margarine

* 2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt
* 1/2 cup pineapple (unsweetened strained)

 

Turn on broiler. Arrange bananas in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle with ghee. Dot with ghee or Earth Balance Margarine. Place under broiler 2-3 minutes or until bubbly and bananas are glazed. Serve bananas with a dollop of yogurt and pineapple.
