Waldorf Salad, Green

Serves 4-6

 

Waldorf Salad, Green

 

3 chopped green apples (with peel)
1 cup green seedless grapes
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped pistachio nuts

1 1/2 cups Plain or Soy or Golden Yogurt (optional)

Honey to taste
Salt, to taste

 

Mix first five ingredients together. Stir in Yogurt. Add honey and salt. Refrigerate.
