Fresh Mint Tea


Big hand full of Fresh mint leaves rinsed well

 

2 quarts of Water

 

Bring water to a boil.  Seep a hand full of mint leaves in water for 15 minutes. Add honey to sweeten (optional). Good for circulation, digestion.
