(To Spread on Rice Cakes or Toast)
2-3 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 ripe avocado
1 tsp. lemon juice
Fresh mint or parsley
Ripe tomato
Mash garlic and avocado together. Add lemon juice, finely chopped mint leaves or parsley. Spread on rice cakes. You can add a slice of tomato. This recipe is from “The Science of Keeping Up” Vol. II #1 1995
