Kundalini Yoga is a powerful ancient yoga practice. It involves timed movement, repetitive actions, breathing, meditation, and chanting. Your teacher will choose a set, or kriya, for a desired effect. Each posture is given a time frame, usually 3, 11, 22, 31 or 62 minutes.
